I’m a coach certified through the ICF and trained in Internal Family Systems. I spent a decade in tech before changing direction myself, so I know this territory from the inside. The work I do exists for both crossings: the practical steps of changing career direction and the psychological one underneath.
Together, we follow a 3 part journey from finding the golden thread from your past experiences and strengths, we work on the underlying identity shift through IFS and move into career experimentation.
